Throughout its length, the Trans Canada Highway parallels the Canadian Pacific
Railway’s Mountain Subdivision. The entire route has been photographed by
Google streetscape so views of the natural scenery through which the Mountain
Subdivision runs are easily accessible.
In addition British Columbia has an excellent coverage of its highways with
weather cameras that are updated every 15 to 30 minutes. The following
cameras on the Trans Canada Highway are within the region of the Mountain
Subdivision running from Revelstoke to Field.
