File Installation for Scheduled Operation on the
River Subdivision
The following disposition of rolling stock on the Gore & Daphetid RR has
been designed to reproduce scheduled operation between Great Divide to
Port in the early 1960s. The scheduling emphasizes passenger traffic to and
form Daphetid.
Four files are required for execution of the TrainPlayer scenario:
1.
Background file for the incomplete Gorre and Daphetid RR.
(Although this background shows the Summit Subdivision completed
to Andrews and Cold Shoulder, this branch line did not exist
until 1965-67 and is not used in this scenario.)
2.
TrainPlayer file.
(This file shows initial disposition of rolling stock and car forwarding
information in the car ID.)
3.
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file.
(This file shows timetable for two paasengers, two freight
[one east, one west, respectively], the Gorre branch line service
and the Gorre Pedler).
4.
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file.
(Operating schedule with list of departure times).
